Description
On the slope of Lully, the work of the vines has been punctuated by the seasons for centuries. Prestigious and knowledgeable owners, the Benedictine monks, then the Marquis de Coudrée in the 16th century, already produced wines of great reputation there.
Domaine des curiades, cultivated for over a hundred years in a family tradition of creativity and rigor, has long been part of the address books of the most demanding amateurs.
Tasting
This white grape, the most cultivated in Switzerland, produces this balanced, fruity and floral wine with a light rifle stone terroir.
Appearance: Clear pale yellow with light reflections.
Nose: White blossoms, pear, citrus hints, with gentle mineral aroma.
Palate: Crisp entry, harmonious mix of fruit delicacy and saline texture, lasting finish.
Food Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, with lake fish, fresh cheese, fondue, raclette.
Serving Temperature: 10–12 °C .
