Born in the vast plains of Alentejo, this olive oil reflects our family's deep respect and dedication to the land where our olive trees grow. A superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives, solely by mechanical means and cold-pressed.

COLOUR: Yellowish green.

AROMA: Oil with ripe fruit notes, complemented by fresher hints of green olives, tomato leaves, and banana.

PALATE: Fresh, with ripe fruit notes and a finish of dried fruits.
