Tiezzi is one of the estates most closely connected to the history and origins of Brunello di Montalcino.
Founded in the 1980s, the estate is part of a much older tradition dating back to 1870, when Riccardo Paccagnini produced at Podere Soccorso one of the very first wines to bear the name Brunello di Montalcino.
