Description
Founded in 1808 in Tain-l'Hermitage, Maison M. Chapoutier is one of the Rhône Valley's most prestigious producers. Still family-owned, it is internationally recognised for its pioneering commitment to biodynamic viticulture and its dedication to expressing the true identity of every terroir. Guided by its motto "Fac et Spera" – do and hope – the House crafts authentic, elegant and approachable wines that faithfully reflect the richness of the Rhône Valley.
Belleruche Rouge is an emblematic Côtes-du-Rhône AOP red wine, crafted primarily from Grenache and Syrah, complemented depending on the vintage by other traditional Rhône grape varieties. The grapes come from a carefully selected mosaic of terroirs, including rolled pebble soils, clay-stony terraces, marl and sandy silt soils. Bathed in Mediterranean sunshine, these vineyards produce a generous, structured and intensely fruity wine that perfectly captures the character of the Southern Rhône.
