Founded in 1880 in Beaune, Maison Joseph Drouhin is an iconic benchmark in Burgundy winemaking, renowned for its high standards, respect for living ecosystems, and precise plot-by-plot approach. Now led by the fourth generation of the family, it embraces a philosophy of precision and elegance.

Sourced from clay-limestone slopes, Rully Blanc expresses the freshness and finesse typical of Burgundian Chardonnay. This vintage reveals a beautiful purity of fruit. It is a delicate wine, to be enjoyed young for its liveliness or cellared a few years for its emerging complexity.

Appearance: Pale gold with silver reflections, bright and limpid.

Nose: Aromas of almond blossom, citrus zest, and fresh white fruits like pear and apple, with a hint of chalky minerality.

Palate: Lively and precise on the attack, the palate is structured by a fine acidity and a discreet oak touch. The finish is long, mineral, and refreshing.

Food Pairing: Ideal with seafood risotto, grilled sea bass, or a creamy poultry dish.

Serving Temperature: Serve at 12–13 °C.
