Aliança Velha

Aliança Vinhos de Portugal was founded in 1927 in Sangalhos, in the district of Anadia, by 11 partners under the leadership of Domingos Silva and Ângelo Neves, and is now produced under the Bacalhôa Group.

Aliança Velha is a matured grape brandy, distilled from wine pomace and carefully aged to achieve finesse, roundness, and aromatic expression.

Appearance: A golden, luminous robe with amber highlights.

Nose: A complex bouquet of dried fruits (walnuts, almonds), roasted coffee notes, and soft floral hints.

Palate: A velvety and expressive attack, with flavors of dried fruits, beautiful roundness, roasted coffee nuances, and elegant complexity.

Food & Spirit Pairings: Best enjoyed neat as a digestif, optionally accompanied by dried fruit pastries, truffles, dark chocolate, or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Recommended between 18 and 20 °C to fully release its aromas.
