Located in Jussy, in the canton of Geneva, Château du Crest is one of the most iconic estates in French-speaking Switzerland. Its history dates back to the 15th century and it was once home to Geneva's famed rebel Michel de Gallatin. Today, the estate successfully combines historical heritage with modern winemaking techniques. Its vineyards flourish on the hills of Geneva, where the blend of grape varieties brings a rich aromatic palette. Domaine Rouge is a harmonious blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, a fine expression of Swiss red wine—elegant, fruity, and accessible.

Appearance: Bright ruby colour with garnet highlights, clear and appealing.

Nose: Aromas of red berries (cherry, redcurrant), violet and a hint of spice.

Palate: Smooth and fresh with fine tannins. Balanced between fruit and structure with a pleasant, gourmet finish.

Food pairings: Cold cuts, roasted poultry, mushroom risottos, or semi-hard cheeses.
