Pegase Chardonnay 2024

The history of the family in Dardagny goes back to the end of the 14th century. At that time, well before the Escalade, the Ramu family already owned vineyards. Their property currently comprises 18 hectares of vines, which extend over the Donzelle hillside and the hillside overlooking Dardagny castle. For generations, their family, known for its discoveries and its award-winning achievements, has aimed at innovation in production, while maintaining the quality of its wines.

Appearance: Pale yellow with green hues.
Nose: Citrus (lemon), fresh apple, soft floral undertones.
Palate: Lively freshness, saline-fruity core, structured with good length, typical of regional Chardonnay.
Food Pairings: Shellfish, grilled fish, risotto, poultry.
Serving Temp.: 10–12 °C.
