Bestizo 2023

Bestizo is Emilio Moro’s first 100% Mencía red wine, reflecting over a century of Ribera del Duero expertise, now rooted in Bierzo. Its design pays homage to Villafranca del Bierzo and bridges tradition and innovation.

Appearance: clear cherry‑red color.

Nose: fresh red fruit (cherry, strawberry), peach, floral and spicy nuances.

Palate: light, balanced, vibrant acidity, polished tannins, pleasant balsamic finish.

Pairing: charcuterie, white meat, salads, grilled vegetables, lamb.

Serving temp.: 14–16 °C, decant 30–60 min for best expression.
