Cuvée 1602 is crafted by La Cave de Genève, a cooperative winery based in Satigny, in the heart of the Geneva vineyards. This organization brings together many local winegrowers and showcases expressive and accessible wines.

The name honors Geneva’s historic Escalade of 1602. The Assemblage Blanc is a fresh and aromatic white blend, combining tradition and a modern touch, ideal for friendly, everyday enjoyment.

Appearance: Pale yellow robe with greenish reflections, bright and clear.

Nose: Aromas of white fruits (pear, peach), hints of lychee and melon, light floral notes.

Palate: Crisp and lively attack, smooth texture, fruity and balanced finish.

Food & wine pairings: Aperitifs, grilled fish, seafood, composed salads, fresh cheeses.
