COLOUR: Light yellow with emerald reflections.

NOSE: Floral notes of hawthorn, acacia, and vine blossom, complemented by hints of hazelnut and praline, along with delicate pastry-like aromas.

PALATE: A pure and refined attack, revealing the freshness of Chardonnay, balanced by the gentle generosity and delicate power of Aÿ grapes. The palate is tense and mineral, with a finish that mirrors the chalky terroir. The aromatic persistence is fresh and elegant, dominated by citrus, lemon, and yuzu notes.
