The Ascona Riserva cuvée represents the estate’s most structured and refined expression, crafted from carefully selected grapes. The vintage shows maturity, balance, and depth, resulting in an elegant and age-worthy wine.

Appearance: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections, dense and bright.

Nose: Complex aromas of ripe black fruits (black cherry, plum), with notes of cocoa, spice, tobacco, and subtle oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety with fine, well-integrated tannins. Excellent balance between richness and freshness. Long, persistent finish with spicy and lightly toasted notes.

Food Pairing: Ideal with red meats, game, slow-cooked dishes, or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C.
