Palate: Precise and silky attack with remarkable structure supported by noble and perfectly integrated tannins. The balance between power, freshness and finesse delivers exceptional depth. Very long, mineral and persistent finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with beef tenderloin Rossini, roasted pigeon, noble game dishes, fine dining cuisine or mature cheeses.
