Tasting
Appearance: Deep garnet color with violet highlights, dense and brilliant, reflecting the youthfulness and concentration of the vintage.
Nose: Elegant and complex nose featuring aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry and fresh plum. With aeration, delicate violet notes emerge alongside hints of cedar, licorice, cocoa and sweet spices.
Palate: Precise and harmonious attack with a silky texture and finely integrated tannins. Crunchy dark fruit flavors are expressed with purity, supported by vibrant freshness and a refined structure. The finish is long, balanced and mineral, characteristic of age-worthy Saint-Émilion wines.
Food Pairing: Ideal with beef tenderloin, roasted rack of lamb, pigeon, wild mushrooms, fine dining cuisine or aged cheeses.
