Description

Château d’Esclans, under partial ownership of LVMH, is a reference for premium Provence rosés. The Whispering Angel Kosher 2024 (certified KP, Non‑Mevushal) follows the same stainless steel vinification as the regular cuvée but adheres to kosher supervision from harvest to bottling.

Tasting

Appearance: pale, bright salmon-pink, crystalline.

Nose: expressive red berries, pink grapefruit, lime, delicate floral and wild herb accents.

Palate: crisp and fresh entry, elegant mineral backbone, ripe fruit, subtle salinity, lengthy finish.

Pairing: excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, grilled fish, Mediterranean and Asian dishes.
