Description
Château du Crest is located in Jussy, in the canton of Geneva, and is a historic estate with roots dating back to the 13th century. After being dismantled in the 16th century, it was rebuilt in 1624 by the writer Théodore Agrippa d'Aubigné. Since 1637, the estate has been owned and maintained by the Micheli family. Today, the vineyard covers approximately 20 hectares and is farmed using sustainable methods that promote biodiversity and grape quality. Château Rosé, made primarily from Pinot Noir with a touch of Merlot, is a gastronomic rosé that reflects the estate’s heritage and artisanal expertise.
