Oeil-de-Perdrix - BL Filles 2025

Pinot Noir made as a rosé wine under the name Œil-de-Perdrix, a wine that is beautifully round with a powerful nose. It has a large range of intense notes, from peach to strawberry jam. Its sumptuous robe with salmon highlights introduces a classy and captivating wine that seduces you from its rich and supple attack to a mouth that is sensual, unctuous and fruit-filled, then persistent, fresh and incredibly long in mouth. Let it show all its aromas and flavour by serving it either as an aperitif or, better yet, pair it with meat dishes or gently cooked fish. It's also beautiful with Asian cuisine, whose varied and subtle range is underscored by the wine.

Appearance: Pale pink color with salmon hues, bright and delicate.

Nose: Fine and expressive nose, with aromas of red berries (strawberry, raspberry), complemented by floral notes and a subtle spicy hint.

Palate: Fresh and smooth on the attack, with lively acidity. The palate is well-balanced, fruity and elegant, leading to a refreshing and harmonious finish.

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, with summer salads, light grilled dishes or Mediterranean cuisine.
