Located in Bormes-les-Mimosas within the Côtes de Provence appellation, Château Malherbe is a historic estate dating back to the 18th century. Now managed by the Ferrari family, the vineyard benefits from an exceptional Mediterranean environment between sea and hills. The estate follows environmentally respectful practices including organic and biodynamic viticulture.

The Cuvée Louis Ferrari pays tribute to one of the key figures in the family’s history. Produced from carefully selected vineyard plots, this cuvée highlights the elegance and aromatic complexity typical of the finest Provence wines. It offers a refined balance between ripe fruit, floral aromas and fresh minerality.

Appearance: Bright and luminous colour with delicate reflections.

Nose: Complex and refined aromas of ripe fruit, citrus and white flowers with subtle Mediterranean herbal notes.

Palate: Precise and harmonious entry. The palate combines freshness, fruit and floral notes with elegant minerality. Long and balanced finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with fine fish dishes, shellfish, Mediterranean cuisine or refined seafood gastronomy.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 10–12 °C.
