Cuvée Madame Ferrari 2023

Located in Bormes-les-Mimosas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Château Malherbe is a historic estate within the Côtes de Provence appellation. Owned by the Ferrari family, the vineyard is farmed according to environmentally respectful practices including organic and biodynamic viticulture. The schist soils and maritime climate create wines of freshness, balance and elegance.

The Cuvée Madame Ferrari pays tribute to an important figure in the estate’s family history. Produced from carefully selected vineyard plots and Mediterranean grape varieties, the wine expresses finesse and aromatic complexity. It reveals notes of ripe fruit, citrus and white flowers, supported by an elegant structure and refined balance.

Appearance: Bright and luminous colour with delicate reflections.

Nose: Expressive and refined aromas of citrus, white-fleshed fruits and floral notes with hints of Mediterranean herbs.

Palate: Fresh and precise entry. The palate shows a harmonious balance between aromatic richness and vibrant acidity, supported by subtle minerality and a long finish.

Food Pairing: Perfect with fine fish dishes, seafood, Mediterranean cuisine or elegant seafood-based gastronomy.
