Cuvée Malherbe 2022

Located in Bormes-les-Mimosas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Château Malherbe is a historic estate in the Côtes de Provence – La Londe appellation. Owned by the Ferrari family, the vineyard benefits from a unique environment between sea and hills. The estate practices environmentally respectful viticulture, including organic and biodynamic approaches, in order to preserve the natural balance of the vineyard.

The Cuvée Malherbe Rouge expresses the character of Provence red wines with elegance and freshness. Made mainly from Syrah and Grenache, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine reveals a rich aromatic profile dominated by black fruits, spices and Mediterranean herbs. Structured yet balanced, it offers depth and a long finish.

Appearance: Deep ruby red colour with purple highlights.

Nose: Expressive aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry, combined with peppery spices and Mediterranean herb notes.

Palate: Smooth and generous entry. The palate shows structured tannins with flavours of dark fruit and subtle spice. Long and elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled meats, roasted lamb, Mediterranean cuisine or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16–18 °C.
