The pale hue and translucent reflections of this rosé heralds a delicate wine with an intense and complex bouquet. The fineness of white fruit aromas is disclosed through iodine notes, giving it a unique character.

Appearance: Extremely pale, crystalline pink hue with delicate blush reflections — a signature of the finest Provence rosés.

Nose: Elegant and expressive, with refined floral notes, fresh citrus zest, and white fruit aromas such as peach and pear, occasionally complemented by exotic hints and subtle minerality. 

Palate: Fresh and vibrant on entry, with a silky and light texture. The palate unfolds with pure fruit flavours — citrus, peach, and red berries — followed by a saline and mineral finish that enhances both freshness and length.

Food Pairing: Perfect with summer salads, seafood, grilled fish, Mediterranean appetizers, or citrus-accented dishes. This gastronomic rosé also shines served alone as an elegant apéritif.
