Château Mont-Redon is one of the historic benchmark estates of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Founded in the 18th century and located on a vast plateau covered with rolled pebbles, the estate is renowned for producing wines that combine power, elegance and excellent ageing potential. Today managed by the Abeille-Fabre family, the château carefully cultivates all traditional grape varieties of the appellation.

The estate’s Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge perfectly reflects the classic style of the region: generous, complex and structured. The blend highlights the richness of Grenache, supported by the freshness of Syrah and the depth of Mourvèdre. The wine stands out for its balance between ripe fruit, spice and refined tannins.

Appearance: Deep ruby color with garnet reflections, dense and bright.

Nose: Intense bouquet of ripe dark fruits, garrigue herbs, sweet spices, licorice and light smoky notes.

Palate: Broad and generous attack with velvety tannins and excellent aromatic concentration combining dark fruits, spices and Mediterranean herbs. Long, elegant and persistent finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with roasted lamb, game dishes, Provençal beef stew, grilled meats or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C.
