Château Prieuré Lichine - Cru Classé 2015

Appearance: deep ruby colour with garnet highlights. Intense and concentrated visual.

Nose: expressive bouquet of black fruits (blackberry, cassis, plum), with hints of undergrowth, cedar, sweet spices, and well-integrated oak.

Palate: ample and velvety texture, silky tannins. Ripe black fruit dominates, balanced by freshness. Dense, elegant structure, with a long finish marked by licorice and subtle oak.

Food Pairing: perfect with grilled or roasted red meats, lamb, game, duck, aged cheeses, or mushroom-based dishes.

Serving Temperature: 16–18 °C. Decant about 1 hour before serving to unlock full aromatic expression.
