Eau de vie de Marc - Gewurztraminer

Established in 1962 in Lapoutroie, Alsace, the G. Miclo Distillery is a family-run business renowned for its high-quality fruit brandies. The distillery combines traditional craftsmanship with innovation.

The Gewurztraminer Marc Brandy Grande Réserve is crafted from destemmed pomace of the Gewurztraminer grape, a regional emblem. Carefully distilled, this spirit captures the grape's aromatic richness, offering floral, spicy, and fruity flavors.

Appearance: Clear, bright, with crystalline reflections.

Nose: Intense aromas of rose, lychee, sweet spices, and musky notes.

Palate: Lively attack, silky texture, flavors of ripe fruits, spices, and flowers, with a long and elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal as a digestif, with frozen desserts (citrus sorbets), or for flambéing Alsatian pastries like kougelhopf.

Serving Temperature: Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C, in a tulip glass.
