Whisky Singleton Dtown 12 ans

The Dufftown Distillery, located in Speyside, Scotland, is a historic distillery dating back to the late 19th century. 

“The Singleton of Dufftown 12 Years” is a single malt designed as an approachable, smooth and well-balanced whisky — an excellent entry point into the world of single malts.  

Appearance: Pale amber gold, clear and bright. The shine suggests chill-filtration and careful maturation.

Nose: Expressive aromas of ripe pear, baked apple, soft honey, vanilla, toasted hazelnut and malted cereals. Hints of brown sugar, dried dates and subtle oak.

Palate: Smooth and lightly creamy texture. Soft entry on yellow fruits and caramel. Mid-palate is balanced with toasted malt, honey and dried fruit. Medium-length finish, round and persistent, with hints of vanilla and gentle spice (light cinnamon, sweet almond).

Food Pairing: Ideal with tarte Tatin, mature hard cheeses (Comté, Manchego), or as a digestif with a square of milk chocolate.

Serving Temperature: Neat at room temperature (18–20 °C)
