Appearance: Pale yellow color with silvery reflections, bright and clear.

Nose: Fine and delicate aromas of white fruits (pear, apple), white flowers, and subtle minerality reminiscent of flint.

Palate: Fresh and light entry with a smooth, elegant texture. Beautiful mineral tension typical of Chasselas, with remarkable finesse. Clean, dry, and refreshing finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with lake fish, fondue or raclette, seafood, or light cuisine.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 8 and 10°C.
