Pinot Noir - Clos de la Perrière 2022

Domaine Saint Sébaste is a family-owned estate located in Saint-Blaise in the canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The 20-hectare vineyard is farmed biodynamically and has been DEMETER certified since 2015. The estate focuses on single-varietal vinifications and parcel selections to express precision, elegance and mineral identity.

The Pinot Noir Clos de la Perrière comes from a specific enclosed vineyard site overlooking Lake Neuchâtel. This single-plot cuvée highlights the depth and finesse of Pinot Noir grown on Jurassic limestone soils. It is produced under the AOC Neuchâtel designation and represents one of the estate’s premium expressions.

Appearance: Bright ruby color, slightly deeper than the estate Pinot Noir, with subtle garnet reflections.

Nose: Precise aromas of black cherry, Morello cherry and ripe raspberry, complemented by delicate floral nuances and light spice.

Palate: Refined and structured with fine tannins, vibrant freshness and layered fruit expression. Long, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing: Duck breast, veal fillet, feathered game, wild mushrooms and semi-hard aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 14 – 16°C.
