Pinot Noir 2023

Domaine Saint Sébaste is a family-owned estate located in Saint-Blaise in the canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The estate covers more than 20 hectares of vineyards cultivated according to biodynamic principles and has been DEMETER certified since 2015. The philosophy of the domaine focuses on single-varietal wines, produced without blending, aiming to express purity, elegance and mineral precision.

The Pinot Noir 2023 is crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir and is produced under the AOC Neuchâtel designation. It reflects the classic finesse of Swiss Pinot Noir, offering freshness, delicacy and balance, typical of vineyards located near Lake Neuchâtel.

Appearance: Light to medium ruby color, bright and transparent, typical of a refined Pinot Noir.

Nose: Expressive aromas of red berries such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by delicate floral hints and subtle spice notes.

Palate: Fresh and supple structure with fine tannins and balanced acidity. The fruit remains precise and elegant with a persistent, harmonious finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with roasted poultry, veal, light game dishes, semi-hard cheeses or traditional Swiss cuisine.

Serving Temperature: Best served between 14–16°C to enhance aromatic expression.
