Vieil-Armagnac Jean Cave 2020

Vieil-Armagnac Jean Cave 2005 is a premium Armagnac produced by the Jean Cave house, a traditional distillery located in the Armagnac region. This spirit is made from local grape varieties and aged in oak casks to develop complex aromas and remarkable depth. The distillery is known for its artisanal know-how and mastery of the aging process of eaux-de-vie.

Appearance: Deep amber colour with golden highlights, bright and clear — reflecting careful ageing in oak barrels. 

Nose: Complex and elegant on the nose, with notes of vanilla, caramel, dried fruit and a hint of floral sweetness, framed by refined oak character. 

Palate: Subtle yet expressive attack, revealing candied fruit, toasted nuts and gentle spices, balanced by a fresh undertone that enhances overall harmony. 

Food & Spirit Pairing: Best enjoyed neat as a digestif. Complements aged cheeses, salted butter caramel, a fine cigar, or dark chocolate and nut desserts for a rich pairing experience.
