João Portugal Ramos planted the first five hectares of vineyards in Estremoz, where he has lived since 1988, marking the beginning of his personal winemaking project. Estremoz was the first place chosen by João Portugal Ramos, after a long and distinguished career as a consulting oenologist in Portugal’s most important wine regions, to produce his own wines.

The Pouca Roupa, one of the estate’s signature wines, embodies the modern and approachable spirit of the house – a vibrant, fruity and elegant wine designed to reflect the youth, freshness and conviviality of contemporary Portugal.

Eye: Ruby color with purple tones.
Nose: Aroma of red fruits such as cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant, surrounded by sweet balsamic notes.
Mouth: On the palate the tannins are supple, but very present, revealing a beautiful finish.
Food pairings: Cheeses and traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
