Monte de Pinheiros, Adega Cartuxa’s offering in the true tradition of fine everyday wine and more casual occasions.

Produced from Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Trincadeira, and Syrah grapes. After automatic grape selection, cold maceration takes place for 4 days, followed by fermentation—separately for each grape variety—in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. All winemaking processes are carried out by gravity to better preserve the quality of the grapes.
