Prosecco - Pianer Extra Dry

Located in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, within the UNESCO-listed hills, Le Colture is a family-owned winery with a winemaking tradition dating back to the 16th century. Under Cesare Ruggeri's guidance, the production of sparkling wines began in 1983, showcasing the Glera grape in refined expressions.

The Pianer Extra Dry represents the modernity of Prosecco Superiore, combining freshness, elegance, and aromatic complexity.

Appearance: Bright straw yellow with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse.

Nose: Delicate aromas of Williams pear, green apple, and white flowers, with a hint of citrus.

Palate: Lively and fresh attack, creamy texture, slightly saline and persistent finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with fish and vegetable antipasti, seafood pasta, or grilled fish.

Serving Temperature: Between 8 and 10 °C.
