Liqueur Choya Yuzu

Yuzu is a citrus brandy created from the yuzu citrus fruit and sugar cane brandy.Famous on the island of Shikoku in Japan, the thorny yet beautiful yuzu citrus fruit infuses this liqueur with floral wonders and its refreshing citrus flavour brings out the best in this drink. The distillery is located in Osaka, Japan, close to Wakayama Prefecture, as the region is known for its high quality Ume, which is the basic fruit of the spirits it produces.

Ume is a fruit similar to plums and apricots, rich in organic acids, minerals and vitamins. CHOYA has over 100 years of history in Japan and focuses on creating true, high-quality Umeshu, particularly as it uses only natural ingredients (no artificial additives).
