Sourced from 32 Grands Crus plots, Cristal 2016 expresses the balance between the richness of Pinot Noir and the saline freshness of Chardonnay.

Its blend, composed of 58% Pinot Noir and 42% Chardonnay, brings together the Maison’s three great terroirs: “La Rivière”, “La Montagne” and “La Côte”.

At the Eye: A bright, luminous yellow-gold colour, accompanied by magnificent, slow and fine bubbles.

On the Nose: An intense, deep and precise bouquet combining notes of white flowers, concentrated and lightly roasted citrus fruits, as well as ripe yellow fruits such as peach and mirabelle plum. With aeration, iodized, powdery and roasted nuances emerge to complete the aromatic profile.

On the Palate: The palate is soft, delicate and silky. Ripe, concentrated and juicy fruit flavours unfold with beautiful freshness, supported by perfectly integrated, almost saline bubbles. The finish is long, chalky and crystalline, leaving a pleasant sensation of purity and precision.
