Beaujolais Nouveau 2024

Maison Joseph Drouhin, founded in 1880 in Beaune, is one of Burgundy’s most respected family-run wine estates. Known for its finesse and authenticity, the house has long championed the Beaujolais Nouveau style.

The “Béatrice Drouhin” cuvée is named after the wife of Laurent Drouhin and expresses the freshness, fruit and charm of young Gamay in its most joyful form.

The tasting of the wines that have just been racked gives us reason to rejoice. All the wines have a nice colour with dark blue tints which we like.
They have an intense aromatic expression with a character this year of small black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant.
The tannic structure is fine; they are more fleshy than light, in brief: they should please and are the precursors of other very nice wines to keep from this 2022 vintage".
