Joseph Drouhin’s Saint-Romain comes from hillside vineyards located at higher altitude between Meursault and Auxey-Duresses, ideal for producing fresh and mineral-driven white wines. This cuvée beautifully expresses the purity of Burgundian Chardonnay, combining vibrant tension, delicate floral aromas and a refined texture. The style offers freshness, finesse and elegance in an accessible yet complex profile.

Appearance: Bright pale yellow color with green and golden reflections.

Nose: Elegant aromas of white flowers, citrus, fresh apple and subtle buttery and mineral notes.

Palate: Lively and precise attack, harmonious texture with refreshing minerality and persistent freshness. Elegant and tense finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled fish, shellfish, poultry in cream sauce, risotto or aged cheeses.
