Description
Pampy is a family recipe. This traditional drink has been given a new lease of life by Camille Coste, a Tropezian with a passion for winegrowing. This orange aperitif is produced on site at her family estate, Le Mas de Pampelonne.
An original aperitif, 100% home-made, and a pure product of the region!
Tasting
Appearance: Deep ruby red with purple highlights.
Nose: Expressive aromas of ripe red berries, cherry, raspberry, and subtle spice notes.
Palate: Smooth and fruity entry. Red fruit flavors dominate with soft tannins and a balanced finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled meats, charcuterie, pizza, white meats, and Mediterranean cuisine.
Serving Temperature: Serve between 14 and 16°C.
