Numanthia 2019

Bodega Numanthia, founded in 1998 and located in Valdefinjas in the Toro region, embodies the strength and resilience of the vine over time. The vineyards, spared from phylloxera and preserved by local families, are several decades old.

Numanthia is the estate’s flagship wine, crafted from more than 100 plots of old, dry-farmed vines. It is distinguished by its power, aromatic complexity, and remarkable balance.

Appearance: Deep cherry colour with ruby highlights.

Nose: Elegant bouquet of ripe red fruits, cocoa, sweet spices, and floral nuances.

Palate: Broad and smooth attack, silky tannins, persistent aromas of dark fruits and spices, long mineral finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled beef, roasted lamb, game, or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Recommended between 15 and 16 °C.
