Description
The olives hereby used in this product are a "Negrinha de Freixo" selection. It is a product destined to direct consumption, just as it appears. It has no additives nor preservatives. ARRIBAS DO DOURO® extra virgin olive oil, in which the olives are submerged, acts as seasoning but also as a preservative, along with the garlic and other used condiments. The final product has a purpose to be joined with a meal, bringing to the consumer the notable traces of a mediterranean gastronomical culture.
