The 80 Years Old Tawny is a rare cuvée, the result of a blend of four exceptional wines, the oldest of which dates back to 1888. Appearance: Deep mahogany robe with copper and amber highlights, reflecting its venerable age.

Nose: An extremely complex and refined bouquet, revealing aromas of fine woods, dried fruits (fig, walnut, date), blond tobacco, sweet spices, and roasted coffee.

Palate: A surprisingly fresh and vibrant attack for a wine of such age. The mid-palate is broad, velvety, and enveloping, structured by perfectly integrated acidity. The finish is remarkably long, with lingering notes of dark caramel, candied orange, and aged leather.

Food Pairing: Best enjoyed on its own to appreciate its full aromatic expression, or paired with desserts featuring dried fruits, walnut tart, milk chocolate, or aged blue cheeses. Also excels as a noble digestif at the end of a fine meal.
