Accords Mets et Vin : Servi frais, il révèle toute sa finesse et sa sophistication, notamment avec des desserts à base de caramel, de fruits secs et d'épices, comme le fondant au caramel à la gelée de pomme et gingembre, la tarte tatin, la crème brûlée et les fromages moyennement corsés.
