Perlato Del Bosco - Sangiovese 2022

Tua Rita is a renowned winery located in Suvereto, in the heart of the Alta Maremma, Tuscany. Founded in 1984 by Rita and Virgilio Bisti, the winery started with only two hectares of vines.Today, it spans 30 hectares and produces internationally recognized wines. The Perlato del Bosco, made exclusively from Sangiovese, embodies the purest expression of this emblematic grape variety. It is grown on mineral-rich, clay-sandy soils of the Collines Métallifères and reflects the unique terroir of the region. The first harvest of this wine took place in 2011, after a specially selected clone was introduced to adapt to the region's climatic conditions

Appearance: Deep ruby red with purple reflections.

Nose: Intense aromas of ripe red fruits, violet, and balsamic notes.

Palate: Gentle attack, fine tannin structure, long and slightly salty finish.

Food pairings: Perfect with grilled red meats, roasted game, and aged cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
