Exploring two exceptionally rare conditions in the Douro: an extreme Viosinho vineyard at an altitude of 600 meters, which produces a distinctive wine.

On the nose: Very delicate fruity notes, full of finesse and elegance, revealing the grape variety’s unique character.

On the palate: It captivates with its excellent acidity and velvety texture, which lend it great sophistication and tremendous food-pairing potential.

Food and Wine Pairings: Serve between 8 and 10 °C; it reaches its full expression after 15 minutes, once the temperature has risen slightly and the wine has been allowed to breathe. Ideal with delicate fish and seafood dishes, though it also pairs very well with poultry and rabbit dishes.
