Vodka Mamont

Mamont Vodka originates from the Itkul Distillery, founded in 1868 in the Altai Mountains, the oldest continuously operating distillery in Siberia.  This ultra‐premium brand was created in homage to the discovery of a frozen woolly mammoth in 2001/2002 in Yakutia, Siberia, and the bottle is shaped like a mammoth tusk. 

Mamont is crafted from four malted grains (malted barley, millet, winter wheat, rye) and crystalline artesian water from the Altai region. It is distilled six times then filtered through silver birch charcoal and finished with a cedar‑nut spirit to provide unique texture and refinement.

Appearance: absolutely clear, brilliant transparency — indicative of intense distillation and filtration. 

Nose: delicate notes of toasted grain, malted barley, slight vanilla, subtle herbal hints, a refined peppery touch. 

Palate: soft and silky entry, creamy texture, toasted cereal elements, subtle cedar‑nut nuance, finish with liquorice/anise and mild spice. 

Food & cocktail pairing: best enjoyed neat, chilled, but also ideal for premium cocktails such as Martini or Espresso Martini thanks to its purity and smooth structure. 

Serving temperature: between 5 °C and 10 °C to fully appreciate texture and nuance.
