Whisky Tomatin 15 Ans Portug. Col. Port Casks

The Tomatin 15 Year Old 2006/2022 Port Cask Portuguese Collection is a limited edition from the Tomatin distillery, which was first aged in old bourbon casks for 8 years, then matured in Portuguese tawny port casks for 7 years. Distilled on 8 September 2006 and bottled on 9 May 2022. Ageing reveals an initial aroma of Black Forest cake with warm spices and deep forest fruits - blackberries, raspberries and cherries, but sweeter notes of peach and apricot on the finish. The Tomatin 15 Years Port Cask is 46.0% vol. Bottled and not coloured or chill filtered.

Eye: Copper.

Nose: Black Forest cake harmonises with ripe forest fruits and warm spices.

Palate: Smooth and velvety in the mouth. Fruity and sweet, with blackberries, raspberries and cherries.

Finish: Long-lasting with sweet peach and apricot notes.
