Aliança XO 40 Ans

Aliança is a traditional Portuguese house now part of the Bacalhôa Group, known for its aged spirits and wines from the Bairrada region.
The Aliança XO 40 Years is a rare old brandy distilled in 1963 using the Charentais method (double distillation), then aged over 40 years in French, American, and Portuguese oak casks. This long maturation results in a spirit of great finesse and aromatic depth.

Appearance : Deep amber color with intense golden reflections.

Nose : Complex aromas of dried fruits, hazelnut, toasted wood, balsamic touches and sweet spices.

Palate : Smooth, rich and elegant mouthfeel, with notes of ripe fruit, fine oak, blond tobacco, and vanilla. Long and mellow finish.

Food Pairing : Best enjoyed neat after a meal. Pairs perfectly with a fine cigar or dark chocolate.
