Vintages Armagnac.

The Vintages come from one single year of harvest and are never blended with other vintages..
We thus find all the singularity of a vintage; the specificities of one year and a reflection of the climatic  conditions at that time that give it its character today.

Since 1883, the house of Cavé has created a real time machine!

Appearance: Deep amber colour with copper highlights, bright and intense, reflecting decades of oak barrel ageing. 

Nose: Rich, expressive bouquet with notes of vanilla, soft spices, hazelnut and ripe peach, complemented by delicate oak and toasted accents. 

Palate: Long and velvety entry revealing candied fruit (prune), toasted almond and bread flavours, with elegantly integrated oak leading to a complex and satisfying finish. 

Food & Spirit Pairing: Best enjoyed neat as a digestif, or paired with aged cheese (Comté, Parmesan), dark chocolate desserts, nut tarts, or a fine cigar for contemplative sipping.
