Description
Touma Arak comes from Lebanon and is made from a variety of sweet grapes which are pressed, fermented and distilled over a low fire. Only the highest quality aniseed is then added. The batch fills into earthenware jars to age and mellow for at least six months. The product is named after the King of Arak.
