Petra is a winery located in Suvereto, Tuscany, founded by the Moretti family. The name "Belvento" refers to the "beautiful wind" of the region, a sea breeze that plays an essential role in the development of grape quality by ensuring proper ventilation for the vines and maintaining the freshness of the grapes. This wind contributes to the freshness and liveliness of the wines produced from this terroir.

Appearance: Bright straw yellow.

Nose: Intense aromas of lavender, wisteria, lemon balm, and thyme, complemented by notes of Amalfi lemon, grapefruit, white peaches, and red currants.

Palate: Fresh and fruity attack with a pleasant balsamic and herbal finish.

Food Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with antipasti, seafood pasta dishes, and shellfish.
