Aliança XO 50 Ans

Aliança is a historic Portuguese distillery, now part of the Bacalhôa Group, known for its long-aged wine brandies from Bairrada.
The Aliança XO 50 Years is an exceptional blend, originally distilled in 1963 using the Charentais method (double distillation). It was aged for over five decades in French, American and Portuguese oak. A portion of the blend includes XO 40 further matured in Moscatel de Setúbal casks for added depth.

Appearance : Elegant amber hue with luminous golden tones.

Nose : Complex and refined: layers of dried and candied fruit, fine oak, subtle sweet spice.

Palate : Full, velvety and balanced, showing great maturity, dryness and aromatic persistence. A noble and meditative spirit.

Food Pairing / Use : Best enjoyed neat as a digestif. Ideal with a fine cigar or dark chocolate.

Serving Temperature : Around 20 °C.
